Agreement

Brava Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brava services, including business health evaluations, reporting, monitoring, dashboards, strategist support, onboarding, and related tools provided through Brava.

1.Overview

Brava provides performance intelligence and business health services to companies and their leadership teams. By purchasing or engaging Brava services, you agree to these Terms.

2.Free Trial and Commitment Structure

Brava begins with a 30-day free trial. No charge during the trial period.

If you choose to continue beyond the trial, the service moves into a 6-month monthly commitment, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement between you and Brava.

After the initial 6-month commitment, service continues month-to-month unless cancelled according to the terms of your agreement, invoice, payment link, or subscription.

3.Services and Scope

Brava services may include business health evaluations, weekly pulse checks, monthly evaluations, reporting, monitoring, dashboards, strategist guidance, and related business performance tools. Specific scope is defined by the plan selected at onboarding or a written agreement.

4.Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the invoice, payment link, subscription, or written agreement provided at signup. Recurring subscriptions are processed automatically through our payment processor.

5.Cancellation

Cancellation follows the terms of your invoice, subscription, or written agreement. During the initial 6-month commitment, cancellation is subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase. After that, service is month-to-month.

6.Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate onboarding information, maintain an accurate roster, distribute Brava evaluations and pulse checks to the appropriate team members, and respond to reasonable requests needed for Brava to deliver services.

7.Data, Confidentiality, and Internal Use

Client data is treated with reasonable care and confidentiality. Brava uses submitted business data to power evaluations, dashboards, monitoring, and service delivery to that client, and to improve Brava's internal frameworks and services. Brava does not sell client data.

8.Intellectual Property

Brava frameworks, models, dashboards, evaluation methodology, prompt libraries, scoring systems, templates, and other Brava materials remain the intellectual property of Brava. Clients receive a limited right to use the service for their business during the engagement.

9.No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

Brava provides tools, evaluations, and strategist guidance. Business outcomes depend on many factors, including client execution. Brava does not guarantee specific business, financial, or operational results.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brava's liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by the client to Brava in the three months preceding the claim. Brava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.Changes to Terms

Brava may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise engaging Brava services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
